MECHANICAL STRUCTURE

The scale is consistuted of electronic load cells and the machanical structure to provide economic and accurate weighing equipment.

　

　

TC-TRIANGULATE BASE LEVEL STYLE

ELECTRONIC STRUCTURE

Digital Electronic Load Cell We adopt load cells of HBM's company to recieve perfect weighing data and use RS-232 or RS-485 to provide a connection to a computer for furthur processes.
Analog Electronic Load Cell output in analog signal is converted into digital signal by weight viewer. The design of complete airtight iron can adapt all kinds of terrible industrial environment. And the cushion equipment can prevent the damaging from side forces. The advantage is the acceptable charges.

Tunnel Scale

Advantage: It is with the same height to ground and the vehicle flow can be planed more easily.
Disadvantage：The cost is higher than common bridge scale and have to take care the water amounting in the hole.
Structure Types: Fully electrical digital/analog Mechanical T-Triangle or round lever.

TW-T5 MOBILE TRUCK SCALE

TW-T5 MOBILE TRUCK SCALE adopts strong-tension structure and anti-bump chassis to provde a rigid scale platform. It also adopt DC power transformation, and can operate under no AC power suppurt.

　

Germany System Digital Truck Scale

Digital Load Cell of HBM in Germany is adopted. Whole combination is imported directly from Germany and of guaranteed using, 30 month.

With complete functionality! Arguments setting and saving can be achieved through the software provided by HBM company. No weight is needed to correct weighting. Remote checking is also available.

When the structure get struck but the position receiving force not in center point, trucks can still pass and get precise weight without damaging.

Resolution of HBM digital load cell achieves up to 1 million. Setting arbitrarily weight and sense of three segments can show the inner resolution of the load cell.
　

{Complete Protection from Thunder} ------------------------------------
HBM guarantee that it works well (including thunder striking) for 30 months.
　

The output is in RS-485 digital signal. There will be less interference often happened in old analog output. The transmission can achieve 1200m.
