TECNO/500 Packing Machine can handle the bags of 5~50 kilo
type paper, polythene, and polypropylene. It passed through a
normalized size supporting architecture. Automatic electric
air pressure packing machine is equipped with packing sensor
and dust separator. An vacuum tube retrieves the bag and
open the starting side of bag. Afterward, two machine hands
strengthen the opening side and rotate it with 90 degree to
facilitate the vertical operation. The back of the machine is
equipped with a device to detect the end of packing bags to
stop the operation. This kind of device can be single or
multiple stacks and can be of long time operation. Each stack
has 80-100 bags capacity. Automatic packing machine can
be connected to the weighting system or a net weight system.
Note: The operation is achieved by air pressure and PLC.
